1. 機場使用規(guī)定 1. AD operation regulations
a. 禁止未安裝二次雷達應答機的航空器起
降；
a. Takeoff/landing of aircraft without SSR transponder are
forbidden;
b. 所有技術試飛需事先申請，并在得到空
中交通管制部門批準后方可進行。
b. Each and every technical test flight shall be filed in advance
and shall be made only after clearance has been obtained from
ATC.
2. 跑道和滑行道的使用 2. Use of runways and taxiways
翼展大于45 米的航空器使用T13 和T14
滑行道時，需由地面人員引導。
Aircraft with a wing span exceeding 45m shall be guided by a
marshaller when using TWY T13 and T14.
3. 機坪和機位的使用 3. Use of aprons and parking stands
a. 在1 號、11 號、12 號、13 號、14 號、
15 號和16 號停機位停靠的航空器須由
牽引車推出；
a. Aircraft parking/docking at Stands 1, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16
need to be pushed-out by tow tractors;
b. 未經(jīng)塔臺同意，嚴禁航空器利用自身動
力倒滑；
b. Push-back of aircraft on its own power is strictly forbidden
without Tower Control clearance;
c. 發(fā)動機試車，需經(jīng)塔臺許可，并在指定
的地點進行。嚴禁在廊橋附近試大車。
c. Engine run-ups are subject to Tower Control clearance, and
may only be carried out at a designated location. Fast engine
run-ups near boarding bridges are strictly forbidden.

1. 總則 1. General
除經(jīng)塔臺特殊許可外，在塔臺管制區(qū)內(nèi)的
飛行，必須按照儀表飛行規(guī)則進行。
Flights within Tower Control Area shall operate under IFR unless
special clearance has been obtained from Tower Control.
2. 起落航線 2. Traffic circuits
起落航線在跑道兩側均可進行，A、B 類
航空器高度為350 米，C、D 類航空器高度為
500 米。
Traffic circuits shall be made to both sides of runway, at the altitude
of 350m for aircraft CAT A/B, and 500m for aircraft CAT C/D.
3. 塔臺管制區(qū)內(nèi)的儀表飛行程序 3. IFR flight procedures within Tower Control Area
嚴格按照航圖中公布的進、離場程序飛
行。如果需要，航空器可在空中交通管制部門
指定的航路、導航臺或定位點上空等待或做機
動飛行。
Strict adherence is required to the relevant arrival/departure
procedures published in the aeronautical charts. Aircraft may, if
necessary, hold or maneuver on an airway, over a navigation
facility or a fix designated by ATC.
