1. 總則 1. General
除經(jīng)塔臺(tái)特殊許可外，在塔臺(tái)管制區(qū)內(nèi)的
飛行，必須按照儀表飛行規(guī)則進(jìn)行。
Flights within Tower Control Area shall operate under IFR unless
special clearance has been obtained from Tower Control.
2. 起落航線 2. Traffic circuits
起落航線在跑道西側(cè)，高度1908-2208
米。
Traffic circuits shall be made to the west of RWY, at the altitudes of
1908m-2208m.
3. 塔臺(tái)管制區(qū)內(nèi)的儀表飛行程序 3. IFR flight procedures within Tower Control Area
嚴(yán)格按照航圖中公布的進(jìn)、離場(chǎng)程序飛
