期測試跑道摩擦系數(shù)。航空器起降架次較多且
多雨的機(jī)場,配備了機(jī)場專用摩擦系數(shù)測試
車,需要時(shí)可隨時(shí)測量。規(guī)定的測量和摩擦系
數(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)如下表:
In most cases, the runway friction coefficients measuring vehicle is
used at regular intervals to determine the conditions of the runway.
At busy aerodromes with plenty of rain, the runway friction
coefficients measuring vehicle is provided to measure the
coefficients at any time if needed. The standard measuring and the
coefficients standards are shown in the following table:

當(dāng)跑道摩擦系數(shù)低于表中最小值時(shí),則表
示該跑道在潮濕時(shí)很滑。
When the friction coefficients measured are below the Minimum
Friction Coefficients, it indicates that the runway is very slippery
when wet.

1. 援救和消防服務(wù) 1. Rescue and fire fighting services
本航行資料匯編中所包含的機(jī)場,其消防
保障設(shè)備和消防人員的配置基本符合國際民用
航空公約附件14 中第一卷9.2 的有關(guān)規(guī)定,
少數(shù)消防車輛及人員不足的機(jī)場均按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)采
取與機(jī)場所在城市消防單位簽定支援協(xié)議的方
式予以解決。
The fire fighting facilities and firemen of the aerodromes published
in this AIP comply with the requirements specified in 9.2, Volume
I, ICAO Annex 14. Some aerodromes with inadequate fire fighting
facilities and firemen will have the backing of fire fighting
departments of local city through the signing of support agreement.
2. 殘損航空器的搬移
2. The removal of disabled aircraft
本航行資料匯編所包含的機(jī)場中,北京首
都、上海虹橋、上海浦東、廣州白云、成都雙
流國際機(jī)場配置了包括平板拖車組、頂升氣
囊、活動(dòng)道面等殘損航空器搬移的全套設(shè)備;
其余機(jī)場也數(shù)量不等的配備了諸如鋼板、鐵路
枕木、頂升設(shè)備等物資;以上全部機(jī)場均按照
國際民航組織“機(jī)場服務(wù)手冊(cè)—第五部分《殘
損航空器的搬移》”制訂了相應(yīng)的預(yù)案及程
序。
The following aerodromes published in the AIP have been
equipped with a full set of pallet dollies, aircushions, mobile
towing surface for removing disabled aircraft.

The other aerodromes are also equipped with different inventories
of steel plates, railway sleepers, jacks and other devices. All of the
aerodromes in this AIP have established aircraft recovery programs
and procedures according to the Aerodrome Service Manual, Part
5.

3.1 負(fù)責(zé)機(jī)構(gòu)
3.1 Responsible services
機(jī)場當(dāng)局負(fù)責(zé)清除冰雪,測量積雪,改善
并報(bào)告道面條件。
The aerodrome authority is responsible for ice and snow clearance,
measuring the depth of standing snow and improving and reporting
surface conditions.
提供掃雪服務(wù)的機(jī)場,每年大約從11 月
1 日至次年4 月1 日的冬季期間,負(fù)責(zé):
During the winter period from approximately 1 November to 1
April, the next year, the aerodromes providing snow clearance
service are responsible for:
a. 對(duì)跑道、滑行道和客機(jī)坪進(jìn)行監(jiān)視,觀察
是否存在冰、雪或雪水;
b. 當(dāng)冰、雪和/或雪漿的覆蓋面積超過報(bào)告
a. Surveillance of runways, taxiways and aprons with a view to
watch the presence of ice, snow or slush;
b. Measurement of the friction coefficients or estimate of the

跑道總面積的10%時(shí),對(duì)摩擦系數(shù)進(jìn)行
測量或?qū)x車效應(yīng)進(jìn)行估計(jì),同時(shí)盡可
能對(duì)滑行道和停機(jī)坪進(jìn)行測量和估計(jì);
c. 采取措施保持跑道處于可用狀態(tài);
d. 報(bào)告上述a 至c 項(xiàng)所述的情況。
braking action when the presence of ice, snow and/or slush
on the reported total area of the runway in question accounts
for more than 10%, and the same measurement or estimate
about taxiways and aprons as far as possible;
c. Implementation of measures to maintain the usability of
runways, etc;
d. Reporting of the conditions mentioned in item a to item c
above.
提供冬季掃雪服務(wù)的機(jī)場:
北京/首都、天津/濱海、呼和浩特/白塔、
沈陽/桃仙、大連/周水子、哈爾濱/太平、濟(jì)南
/遙墻、西安/咸陽和烏魯木齊/地窩堡。
