1. 機場使用規(guī)定 1. AD operation regulations
a. 禁止未安裝二次雷達應(yīng)答機的航空器起
降；
a. Takeoff/landing of aircraft without SSR transponder are
forbidden;
b. 所有技術(shù)試飛需事先申請，并在得到空
中交通管制部門批準(zhǔn)后方可進行。
b. Each and every technical test flight shall be filed in advance
and shall be made only after clearance has been obtained
from ATC.
2. 跑道和滑行道的使用 2. Use of runways and taxiways
a. 可以通過地面管制申請引導(dǎo)車和拖車服
務(wù)；
a. Follow-me vehicle service and towing service are available
via Ground Control;
b. 在滑行道A（含）以西滑行的航空器必
須聽從塔臺管制指揮。
b. Aircraft taxiing west of TWY A (inclusive) shall comply with
the instructions of Tower Control.
3. 機坪和機位的使用 3. Use of aprons and parking stands
a. 未經(jīng)地面管制同意，嚴禁航空器利用自
身動力倒滑；
a. Push-back of aircraft on its own power is strictly forbidden
without Ground Control clearance;
b. 在遠機位、專機位、貨機位、維修機位
停靠的航空器由地面人員指揮其進、出
機位；
b. Aircraft parking/docking on stand-off stand, VIP flight
parking stand, cargo aircraft parking stand or maintenance
parking stand will be guided by a marshaller for entry/exit;
c. 發(fā)動機試車，需經(jīng)地面管制許可，并在
指定的地點進行。嚴禁在廊橋附近和客
機坪試大車。
c. Engine run-ups are subject to Ground Control clearance, and
may only be carried out at a designated location. Fast engine
run-ups near boarding bridges or on apron are strictly
forbidden.
4. 機場的II/III 類運行 4. CAT II/III operations at AD

a. 任何飛行嚴禁向東（海上）繞飛； a. Any circumnavigation to east ( seawards) is strictly forbidden;
b. 連江方向進場的航空器，在使用03 號跑
道儀表進近程序時嚴格保持航跡，嚴禁
偏西。
b. Aircraft using RWY 03 Instrument Approach Procedure and
arriving in the direction of Lianjiang shall strictly maintain
flight tracks. Westward deviation is strictly forbidden.
