說明: NOTE:
1.當升降舵、升降舵調整片或升降舵調整片控制連桿更換或重裝后,可能影響飛機在失去雙液壓時的俯仰飛行性能,按照MM27-31-00的要求,飛機必須進行該項目的試飛;
After replaced or reinstalled elevator, elevator tab or elevator tab control rods, it may influence flight pitch characteristics in the event of a dual hydraulic system loss, according to Maintenance Manual 27-31-00,
the flight test must be required;

一 執行該試飛程序前的飛行狀態要求:
Required flight conditions when flight test the item:
A.副翼配平少于3/4單位;
Aileron trim requirement not more than 3/4 unit;
B.方向舵配平少于1/2單位;
Rudder trim requirement not more than 1/2 unit;
C.指示空速250節;
Indicated Airspeed :250 kcas;
D.飛行高度15000英尺;
Flight altitude: 15000 feet;
E.雙發N1指示相同;
N1 equal for both engines;
F.兩主油箱油量相同;
Wing fuel loads equal;
G.襟翼收上;
Flaps up;
H.所有人在座位上并系好安全帶;
All persons seated and fasten seatbelt.
二 測試程序
Flight test procedure
A.將P5板上的擾流板電門A和B置于OFF位;
Position spoiler switches A and B on P5 panel to OFF;
B.將P5板上的FLT CONTROL電門A和B置STDBY RUD位;
Position flight control switches A and B on P5 panel to STDBY RUD;
C.如果飛機有俯仰,作動駕駛桿使用升降舵重新配平飛機到相同的空速;
If the airplane pitches, use elevator to re-trim the airplane to the same airspeed;
D.在保持相同的馬赫數和無俯仰的前提下,人工作動安定面配平輪,使駕駛桿的俯仰操縱力逐漸減少到零,同時按以下要求記錄下安定面配平輪轉動的方向及圈數:
Under keeping the same mach number and no pitching, manually turn the stabilizer trim wheel to reduce column force to zero, keep a record of the number of turns of stabilizer trim wheel and direction.
注意:剛開始作動安定面配平輪時,可能有一段空行程,在計數時不要把空行程計算在內。
