問題十六：你在前一家公司的離職原因是什么？
思路：
1．
最重要的是應聘者要使招聘單位相信，應聘者在過往單位的“離職原因”在此家招聘單位里不存在。
2．避免把“離職原因”說得太詳細、太具體。
3．
不能摻雜主觀的負面感受，如“太辛苦”、“人際關系太復雜”、“管理太混亂”、“公司不重視人才”、“公司排斥我們××員工”等。
4．
但也不能躲閃、回避，如“想換換環境”“個人原因”等。
5．
不要涉及自己負面的人格特征，如不誠實、懶惰、缺乏責任感、不隨和等。
6．
盡量使解釋的理由為應聘者個人形象添彩。

參考答案：我離職是因為這家公司倒閉。我在這家公司工作了三年多，對它有較深的感情。從去年開始，由于市場形勢突變，公司的局面急轉直下。到眼下我覺得很遺憾，但還要面對現實。重新尋找能發揮我能力的舞臺。或：我離開的這家公司也生產摩托車，可是由于機制問題，產品創新滯后，人才流失嚴重，而貴公司生產的摩托車能根據市場不斷推出新品種，深受廣大消費者喜愛，所以我要選擇貴公司來發揮自己的專長。
同一個面試問題并非只有一個答案，而同一個答案并不是在任何面試場合都有效，關鍵在于應聘者掌握了規律后，對面試的具體情況進行把握，有意識地揣摩面試官提出問題的心理背景，然后投其所好。
六、面試常用英語句型
（一）工作目標
有時候在面試中，招聘者會問應聘者有關工作目標的問題，目的就是為了了解應聘者做事的風格以及應聘者對這份工作的看法。當然由于應聘者還不是很了解自己所應聘的工作，在回答問題時不一定要面面俱到。因為在實際中會碰到自己計劃中沒有考慮到的問題，所以大致說明自己的計劃目標就好了。
基本句型表達（Basic Expressions）
（1）Are you a goal-oriented person?
你是一個目標明確的人嗎？
（2）Tell me about some of your recent goals and what you do to achieve them.
告訴我你最近的一些目標以及如何實現它們。
（3）What are your short-term goals?

這顯然要視事情的發展而定，得看我和公司之間是否互相適合。

你認為這個行業在五年內的發展狀況如何？
