3.2.1.1 Based on a valid license issued by the aviation authority
of an ICAO member state, CAAC Headquarters, after review and
approval, will issue a Private Pilot License or validation certificate

corresponding validation certificate to the applicant of a holder of
Commercial Pilot’s License or Airline Transport Pilot’s License.

合格證或認(rèn)可證書的申請(qǐng)人,中國(guó)民用航空
總局審查合格后,頒發(fā)教員合格證或執(zhí)照認(rèn)

3.2.3 For a foreign applicant seeking an instructor certificate or
validation certificate for the purposes of training Chinese trainees,
CAAC will issue an instructor certificate or instructor’s license
validation certificate if they are found qualified.
3.3 有效期限 3.3 Term of Validity
執(zhí)照、合格證或認(rèn)可證書的有效期限最
長(zhǎng)不超過原執(zhí)照和體格檢查合格證的有效期
限。學(xué)員合格證有效期24 個(gè)月,但其體格檢
查合格證必須在有效期之內(nèi)。
The term of validity of a license or validation certificate shall not
extend beyond the periods of validity of the original license and
medical certificate. The term of validity of a student certificate is
24 months except that the period of his physical fitness shall be
kept within the period of validity of his medical certificate.
3.4 吊扣、吊銷
當(dāng)執(zhí)照、合格證或認(rèn)可證書持有人違反
飛行規(guī)章或中國(guó)民用航空總局規(guī)定不允許的
行為時(shí),民航地區(qū)管理局有權(quán)吊扣、吊銷其
認(rèn)可證書和吊扣其執(zhí)照、合格證;中國(guó)民用
航空總局有權(quán)吊扣、吊銷其飛行執(zhí)照、合格
證或認(rèn)可證書。
3.4 Suspension and Revocation
When the holder of a license, certificate or validation certificate
violates air rules and regulations or commits acts prohibited by
CAAC, the Regional Administrations of CAAC has the authority
to suspend or revoke his validation certificate, license or certificate.
CAAC Headquarters also has the authority to suspend and revoke
his license, certificate or validation certificate.
3.5 費(fèi)用
外籍飛行人員申請(qǐng)頒發(fā)飛行執(zhí)照、合格
證或認(rèn)可證書,應(yīng)按規(guī)定交納費(fèi)用。
3.5 Fee
A foreign pilot who applies for a license, certificate or validation
certificate shall pay the necessary fee according to regulation.
