3.4.1 航行通告用以發(fā)布關(guān)于航行設(shè)備、服
務(wù)、設(shè)施、程序以及危險(xiǎn)情況的建立（ 出

3.4.1 A NOTAM is used to disseminate information concerning
the establishment (presence), withdrawal or changes of aids to air
navigation, services, facilities, procedures, hazards, etc.
3.4.2 航行通告用英文經(jīng)航空固定網(wǎng)發(fā)給與
我國(guó)建立航行通告交換關(guān)系的有關(guān)國(guó)際航行通
告室。
3.4.2 A NOTAM is transmitted in English over the AFS to
those relevant international NOTAM offices which exchange
NOTAMs with our country.
3.4.3 航行通告分為Ａ系列和Ｓ系列兩類。

3.4.4 中國(guó)國(guó)際航行通告室與其它國(guó)家和地
區(qū)國(guó)際航行通告室交換航行通告供飛行使用，

3.4.4 NOTAMs are exchanged between China International
NOTAM Office and International NOTAM Offices of other States
and Regions for flight operation. Ref. page GEN3.1-7 for full
details.
3.4.5 飛行前資料公告(PIB) ，包括現(xiàn)行航行
通告的概述和對(duì)經(jīng)營(yíng)人/機(jī)組有緊急性質(zhì)意義
的其它情報(bào)，由機(jī)場(chǎng)航行情報(bào)部門負(fù)責(zé)提供。

3.4.5 Pre-flight Information Bulletins (PIB), which contain a
recapitulation of current NOTAM and other information of urgent
character for the operator/flight crew, are available at the
aerodrome AIS units. The extent of the information contained in
the PIB is indicated under subsection GEN 3.1 item 4.
3.5 航行資料通報(bào)(AIC) 3.5 Aeronautical Information Circular (AIC)
3.5.1 航行資料通報(bào)包括不適宜以航行資料
匯編或航行通告公布, 但涉及飛行安全、空中
航行、技術(shù)、管理和立法等方面的資料。
3.5.1 AIC contains information which is inappropriate to AIP
or NOTAM, but relating to flight safety, air navigation, technique,
administration, and legislation, etc.
3.5.2 航行資料通報(bào)編有連續(xù)號(hào)，每年 1 月 1
日自0001 號(hào)起編號(hào)；有效航行資料通報(bào)校核
單在每月印發(fā)的航行通告明語(yǔ)摘要中公布。
3.5.2 AIC is numbered consecutively, with a new serial number
0001 being assigned on January 1 of each calendar year. The
checklist of AIC currently in force is issued in the monthly printed
plain language summary of NOTAM.

3.6.1 現(xiàn)行的航行通告校核單通過(guò)航空固定
網(wǎng)每月發(fā)布一次，包括最新發(fā)布的航行資料匯

報(bào)的序號(hào)。
3.6.1 A checklist of NOTAMs currently in force contains the
information about all the numbers of the latest issued AIP AMDT,
AIP SUP and AIC. This checklist is issued monthly via AFS.
3.6.2 現(xiàn)行航行通告明語(yǔ)摘要每月以郵寄的
方法分發(fā)給所有一體化航行情報(bào)系列資料的用
戶，包括最新發(fā)布的航行資料匯編修訂序號(hào)、
有效的航行資料匯編補(bǔ)充資料和航行資料通報(bào)
的校核單。
3.6.2 A printed plain-language summary of NOTAM currently
in force including the indications of the latest AIP AMDT,
checklist of AIP SUP and AIC currently in force, is distributed
monthly by mail to all recipients of the Integrated Aeronautical
Information Package.
