航行情報服務根據(jù)國際民用航空公約附件
15《航行情報服務》中的規(guī)定提供，與國際民
用航空公約附件15 的差異載于GEN 1.7 中。
The service is provided in accordance with the provisions
contained in ICAO Annex 15— Aeronautical Information Services,
and differences to ICAO Annex 15 are detailed in subsection GEN
1.7.

在中華人民共和國飛行情報區(qū)和責任區(qū)內(nèi)
提供航行情報服務。
Aeronautical Information Services are provided within the FIRs
and AOR of the People’s Republic of China.
3. 航空出版物3. Aeronautical publications
航行情報服務以一體化航行情報系列資料
的形式提供。它包含以下幾部分:
—中華人民共和國航行資料匯編(AIP)；
—航行資料匯編修訂(AIP AMDT)；
—航行資料匯編補充資料 (AIP SUP)；
—航行通告和飛行前資料公告；
—航行資料通報(AIC)；
—航行通告校核單和航行通告明語摘要。
The aeronautical information is provided in the form of the
Integrated Aeronautical Information Package consisting of the
following elements:
—AIP China;
—Amendment service to the AIP(AIP AMDT);
—Supplement to the AIP(AIP SUP);
—NOTAM and Pre-flight Information Bulletins (PIB);
—Aeronautical Information Circulars(AIC); and
—Checklists and summaries of NOTAM in plain language.
3.1 航行資料匯編3.1 Aeronautical Information Publications (AIP)
3.1.1 《中華人民共和國航行資料匯編》是
在中國飛行所必需的持續(xù)性資料。
3.1.1 The AIP China contains information of a lasting character
essential to air navigation in China.
3.1.2 《中華人民共和國航行資料匯編》分
三卷用中文、 英文印發(fā)。
3.1.2 The AIP China is issued in three volumes in Chinese and
English.
3.1.3 航行資料匯編以航行資料匯編修訂
（包括換頁和手改）進行更新并以航行通告作
為補充。使用本航行資料匯編時，應查閱現(xiàn)行
航行通告。
3.1.3 The AIP China is maintained up to date by an amendment
service consisting of replacements of pages and hand corrections
and supplemented by NOTAM as well. Users of the AIP should
consult current NOTAMs for latest information.
3.2 航行資料匯編修訂 (AIP AMDT) 3.2 Amendment service to the AIP (AIP AMDT)
3.2.1 航行資料匯編修訂包括將新的永久性
資料納入航行資料匯編中和對航行資料匯編的
內(nèi)容進行永久性修改。換頁中有“I ”的地
方，表示該節(jié)或該行資料為新資料或修訂的資
3.2.1 The AIP amendment contains new information of a
lasting character to be included in the AIP for permanent changes.
The new or revised information is indicated by “I” on the margin of
a replacement or a new page.

3.2.2 每期航行資料匯編修訂，分配一個以
本版航行資料匯編為基礎的連續(xù)編號。在淡藍
色的封面上有修訂目錄的簡述和資料的生效日
期，資料的匯編日期印在修訂的每頁上。
3.2.2 Each AIP amendment is allocated separated serial number
which are consecutive and based on this version of AIP China. A
brief description of the contents of the AIP amendment and the date
at which information becomes effective, are given on the cover
sheet (Light blue). The date of publication is printed on each page
of the amendment.
3.2.3 每期航行資料匯編修訂中印發(fā)航行資
料匯編校核單。航行資料匯編修訂應根據(jù)通知
換入以更新航行資料匯編。
3.2.3 A checklist of AIP pages is reissued with each
amendment. The AIP amendments shall be inserted in the AIP in
accordance with instructions to update the AIP.
3.3 航行資料匯編補充資料 (AIP SUP) 3.3 Supplement to the AIP (AIP SUP)
3.3.1 航行資料匯編補充資料公布三個月以
上長期性的臨時資料。
3.3.1 The AIP supplement contains information of temporary
changes of long duration (three months or longer).
3.3.2 航行資料匯編補充資料以黃色紙頁印
刷，只要資料有效或者部分資料內(nèi)容保持有
效，該補充資料亦仍將保留在航行資料匯編
中。
3.3.2 The AIP supplement pages are colored in yellow and
should be kept in the AIP as long as all or some of their contents
remain valid.
3.3.3 航行資料匯編補充資料以中文和英文
兩種文字印刷，并自每年1 月1 日起從0001
開始連續(xù)編號。有效航行資料匯編補充資料校
核單在每月印發(fā)的航行通告明語摘要中公布。
3.3.3 The AIP supplement is issued in Chinese and English in
printed form and is numbered consecutively with a new serial
number 0001 being assigned on January 1 of each calendar year.
The checklist of AIP supplements currently in force is issued in the
monthly printed plain language summary of NOTAM.
