preformatted up -link message ROGER. This message does not
require pilot to respond to close the CPDLC dialogue.
12. 飛行申請 12. Flight application
12.1 擬使用中國數據鏈航路的航空公司開
飛之前應向中國民用航空總局空中交通管理
局遞交飛行申請,申請應包括:
a. 城市對;
b. 航班時刻;
c. 開飛時間;
d. 使用機型;
e. 機隊衛星電話號碼表;
f. L-888 航路緊急脫離程序。
12.1 A formal application shall be submitted to Air Traffic
Management Bureau of the General Administration of Civil
Aviation of China before air carriers operate data-link route, the
application shall include:
a. City pairs;
b. Schedules;
c. Starting time;
d. Type of aircraft used;
e. Satellite telephone numbers for the fleet;
f. Procedure of emergent escape for L-888.
12.2 管制單位只有在收到有關航空器具有
數據鏈能力信息后才能為該航空器提供數據
鏈服務。
12.2 Flight plan notification of data-link capability is required
before data-link services can be provided.
12.3 具備空中交通服務數據鏈裝備的航空
器必須按如下要求填寫飛行計劃申報表:
a. 建議使用的數據鏈方式應包括在第10 項
12.3 Aircraft equipped with serviceable ATS data-link
equipment shall fill in ICAO flight plan forms as follows:
a. Advice of data-link capability shall be included in Field 10

b.建議使用的數據鏈媒介應包括在第18 項
中,在DAT/后用一個或幾個字母記錄:
(1) DAT/S 為衛星數據鏈,
(2) DAT/H 為HF 數據鏈,
(3) DAT/V 為VHF 數據鏈,
(4) DAT/M 為SSR 模式數據鏈,
(5) DAT/SAT 為衛星電話。
(Communication and Navigation) by using an abbreviation
"J".
b. Advice of available data-link media shall be included in field
18 by use of the prefix DAT/followed by one or more letters,
as follows:
(1) DAT/S for satellited data-link,
(2) DAT/H for HF data-link,
(3) DAT/V for VHF data-link,
(4) DAT/M for SSR mode data-link,
(5) DAT/SAT for satellite phone.
12.4 航空器裝備有可用的ADS 設備,應在
SSR 數據欄中填寫字母“D”。
12.4 Serviceable ADS equipment carried will be annotated by
adding the letter D to the SSR equipment carried.
12.5 要求航空器承運人提供使用L-888 航
路的航空器的衛星電話號碼。
12.5 Air Carriers are required to provide a list of satellite
telephone numbers with each aircraft which flying along route
L-888.
13. 數據鏈失效 13. Data-link failure
13.1 航空器駕駛員識別到CPDLC 連通失敗
后,必須毫不遲疑地使用備用話音通信頻
率。一旦建立了備用話音通信方式,應在此
方式下繼續保持聯系,直至重新與數據鏈空
中交通服務單位建立CPDLC 連通。
13.1 Pilots detecting a CPDLC connection failure shall,
without delay, establish communications on the backup voice
frequency. Once voice contact is established on the backup
frequency, communications must continue via voice until a CPDLC
service is re-established by the appropriate ATS data-link facility.
13.2 ADS 系統失效情況下,航空器駕駛員
應恢復航路點位置報告直至重新與地面建立
ADS 服務。
13.2 In the event of ADS system failure, pilots will be
required to resume full ATC waypoint position reporting until ADS
services are re-established.
14. 應急程序
14. Emergency procedures
14.1 發生緊急情況時,航空器駕駛員應將
ARCAS 設備調至ADS EMERGENCY
MODE,并盡早利用最有效的方法與管制單位
恢復話音通信。
14.1 In the case of emergency, pilot shall operate the ARCAS
with an ADS EMERGENCY MODE to notify the ground facility
for the emergency, resume voice communication with ATC
authority by the most efficient method (VHF/satellite phone) at
early time.
14.2 FANS 航路L-888 的備降機場是: 昆
明機場、成都機場、烏魯木齊機場和喀什機
場。
14.2 The available alternate airports for FANS route L-888 is:
Kunming airport, Chengdu airport, Urumqi airport and Kashi
airport.
14.3 航空器遇到緊急情況需要撤離或備降14.3 Pilot shall fly via regulated way points to break away

PEXUN--飛往JTG(VOR)至成都機場;
SANLI--飛往JTG(VOR)至成都機場;
