4.1 Air traffic services units will provide the operators or
their designated representatives with such information as required
by them in accordance with locally agreed procedures.

位將根據(jù)該經(jīng)營人的要求,將所收到的有關(guān)運(yùn)

4.2 When so requested by an operator, messages received by
air traffic services units relating to the operation of the aircraft for
which flight dispatching service is provided by that operator will,
so far as practicable, be made available immediately to the operator
or a designated representative in accordance with locally agreed
procedures.

5.1 The minimum safe altitude for an IFR flight within
aerodrome tower control area from the highest obstacle shall not be
less than 300m over plains and 600m over hilly and mountainous
areas within a radius of 55km, centered on the aerodrome radio
beacon.

5.2.1 For an aircraft with a cruising speed of above 250km/h,
the minimum safe altitude for IFR flights within the aerodrome
tower control area shall apply.

5.2.2 巡航表速250 千米/小時(shí)(含) 以下的航
空器,距離最高障礙物的真實(shí)高度不得低于

5.2.2 For an aircraft with a cruising speed of 250km/h or less,
the minimum en-route safe altitude shall not be less than 100m
above the highest obstacle.
5.3 航路儀表飛行的最低安全高度,在高
原和山區(qū)為高出航路中心線兩側(cè)各25 千米以
內(nèi)最高標(biāo)高600 米;其它地區(qū)為高出航路中心
線兩側(cè)各25 千米以內(nèi)最高標(biāo)高400 米。
5.3 The minimum en-route safe altitude for an IFR flight over
high terrain or in mountainous area is 600m above the highest
elevation within 25km on each side of the center line of an airway,
while over areas other than high terrain or in mountainous area is
400m above the highest elevation within 25km on each side of the
center line of an airway.

5.4 Minimum en-route safe altitude for VFR flights
5.4.1 巡航表速250 千米/小時(shí)(含)以下的
航空器,通常按照航路儀表飛行最低安全高度

離航路兩側(cè)各5 千米地帶內(nèi)最高點(diǎn)的真實(shí)高

5.4.1 For an aircraft with a cruising speed of 250km/h or less,
the minimum safe altitude for en-route IFR flight usually applies;
however, if the flight is conducted below the minimum flight level,
the vertical clearance above the highest elevation within 5km on
each side of the center line of an airway shall not be less than 100m
over plains or hilly areas, and not less than 300m in mountainous
areas.
5.4.2 巡航表速250 千米/小時(shí)以上的航空
