2. Trial application in the implementation of the Sanya
Area of Responsibility (AOR)
2.1 With effect from 1930 UTC on 1 November 2001 and
extending for a period of three (3) years, the Sanya AOR will be
implemented with lateral boundaries from N2030 E10800 -
N2000 E10800 - (to be advised) - N182028 E1074053 - N1650

為三亞AOR 提供服務。
2.4.3 有關氣象服務的詳細資料將以中國
AIP 修訂資料形式提供。
2.5 航行情報服務
2.5.1 責任單位－中國民航總局空中交通管
理局的航行情報部門負責提供航行情報服
務，包括航行情報（AIS）服務總部和國際航
行通告室（NOF）。

2.2 All flights entering Sanya AOR should establish
two-way radio communication with Sanya ACC five (5) minutes
before designated reporting points. Detailed information on air
traffic services including responsible service, area of
responsibility, types of services, etc. and a description of the
control areas, control zones and air routes will be provided in an
amendment to the AIP China.
2.3 Search and Rescue Services
2.3.1 Responsible Service(s)-Rescue Co-ordination Center
(RCC) Sanya.
2.3.2 Area of Responsibility-Coincides with the Sanya AOR.
2.3.3 Detailed information on Search and Rescue Services
including the Responsible Service, Types of Service, Rescue
Units etc. will be provided in an amendment to the AIP China.
2.4 Meteorological Services
2.4.1 Responsible Service - Meteorological Office Sanya.
2.4.2 Area of Responsibility - Coincides with the Sanya AOR.
The Sanya Meteorological Office is designated as the
Meteorological Watch Office (MWO) to serve the Sanya AOR.
2.4.3 Detailed information on Meteorological Services will be
provided in an amendment to the AIP China.
2.5 Aeronautical Information Services
2.5.1 Responsible Service - The Aeronautical Information
Unit in the Air Traffic Management Bureau of the General
Administration of Civil Aviation of China is responsible for the
provision of Aeronautical Information Services. It consists of the
AIS Headquarters and the International NOTAM Office (NOF).

3. 應急安排－ 空中交通服務航路
A1/P901
3.1 空中交通服務航路P901
3.1.1 由于目前中國劃設了危險區
ZG(D)155、ZG(D)156、ZG(D)157 和ZG(D)158
并在中國AIP 中予以公布，為此建立了一條
備份的區域導航航路P901，具體如下：
峴港VOR (N1603.1E10812.3)磁向066°89海里至
ITBAM (N1640.0E10936.1) 磁向066°25海里至
IPROP (N1650.3E11000.0) 磁向066°73海里至
IGNIS (N1721.0E11109.0) 磁向040°100海里至
IKELA (N1839.7E11214.7) 磁向040°25海里至
IDOSI (N1900.0E11230.0) 磁向025°212海里至
CHEUNG CHAU VOR(CH) (N2213.2E11401.8)
往返同。
3.1.2 P901 航路CH VOR 至IPROP 航段之
間的垂直界限，低限FL135，高限FL460。
3.1.3 上述航路是對現行A1 航路(峴港VOR
-BUNTA-CAVOI-DAGON-CH VOR)的補充。
注：P901 航路IPROP 至峴港VOR 航段及A1 航
路CAVOI 至PAPRA 航段之間的側向界限為航跡兩側
各15 公里（8.1 海里）；垂直界限，低限FL265，高
限FL460。
3.2 香港、峴港VOR 及以遠目的地之間的
交通可選擇下列之一航路發布飛行計劃：
1）當中國AIP 通告的危險區ZG(D)155、
ZG(D)156 和ZG(D)157 不活動（見以下注）
時，使用A1 航路；
2）當中國AIP 通告的危險區ZG(D)158 不
活動（見以下注）時，使用P901 航路。
2.5.2 Area of Responsibility - The area of responsibility of the
Aeronautical Information Services and the International NOTAM
Office coincides with the Sanya AOR.
