《中華人民共和國航行資料匯編》（簡稱
中國航行資料匯編）由中國民用航空總局負(fù)責(zé)
出版發(fā)行，中華人民共和國香港特別行政區(qū)、
澳門特別行政區(qū)和臺(tái)灣省分別負(fù)責(zé)出版發(fā)行所
在地區(qū)的航行資料匯編。
The Aeronautical Information Publication of the People’s Republic
of China (abbreviated as AIP China) is published by the General
Administration of Civil Aviation of China. Hong Kong Special
Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region and
Taiwan Province of the People’s Republic of China are separately
responsible for publishing the AIPs of the regions within their
jurisdiction.

中國航行資料匯編依據(jù)國際民用航空公約
附件15 和航行情報(bào)服務(wù)手冊(cè)（國際民用航空
組織8126 文件）所載的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和建議措施編
寫。中國航行資料匯編中的航圖依據(jù)國際民航
公約附件4 和航圖手冊(cè)（國際民用航空組織
8697 文件）繪制。與國際民用航空組織標(biāo)
準(zhǔn)、建議措施和程序的差異載于GEN 1.7 中。
The AIP China is prepared in accordance with the Standards and
Recommended Practices (SARPS) of Annex 15 to the Convention
on International Civil Aviation and the Aeronautical Information
Services Manual (ICAO Doc 8126). Charts contained in AIP China
are produced in accordance with Annex 4 to the Convention on
International Civil Aviation and the Aeronautical Chart Manual
(ICAO Doc 8697). Differences from ICAO Standards,
Recommended Practices and Procedures are given in subsection
GEN 1.7.

3.1 中國航行資料匯編的結(jié)構(gòu)
中國航行資料匯編是一體化航行情報(bào)系列
資料的一個(gè)組成部分，在GEN 3.1 中提供詳細(xì)
說明。中國航行資料匯編的主要結(jié)構(gòu)在GEN
0.1-5 頁以圖表文字說明。
中國航行資料匯編由三部分組成，即總則
(GEN)、航路(ENR)和機(jī)場(AD)。每一部分根
據(jù)需要分成若干章節(jié)，分別包含各種不同的航
行情報(bào)資料。
3.1 The AIP structure
The AIP forms part of the Integrated Aeronautical Information
Package, details of which are given in subsection GEN 3.1. The
principal AIP China structure is shown in graphic form on page
GEN 0.1-5.
The AIP is made up of three parts, General (GEN), En-route (ENR)
and Aerodrome (AD), each divided into sections and subsections as
applicable, containing various types of aeronautical information
subjects.

第一部分由五章組成，簡述如下： Part 1 consists of five sections containing information as briefly
described hereafter:
GEN 0. ¾ 前言；航行資料匯編修訂記錄；航
行資料匯編補(bǔ)充資料記錄；航行資料匯編頁碼
校核單；航行資料匯編手改記錄；第一部分目
錄。
GEN 0. ¾ Preface; Record of AIP Amendments; Record of AIP
supplements; Checklist of AIP pages; list of hand amendments to
the AIP; and the Table of Contents to Part 1.
GEN 1. 國家法規(guī)和要求 ¾ 指定當(dāng)局；航空器
的入境、過境和出境；旅客和機(jī)組人員的入
境、過境和出境；貨物的入境、過境和出境；
航空器儀表、設(shè)備和飛行文件；國家法規(guī)和國
際協(xié)議/公約的摘要，與國際民用航空組織標(biāo)
準(zhǔn)、建議措施和程序的差異。
GEN 1. National regulations and requirements ¾ Designated
authorities; Entry, transit and departure of aircraft; Entry, transit
and departure of passengers and crew; Entry, transit and departure
of cargo; Aircraft instruments, equipment and flight documents;
Summary of national regulations and international agreements/
conventions; and Differences from ICAO Standards,
Recommended Practices and Procedures.
GEN 2. 表格和代碼 ¾ 計(jì)量系統(tǒng)、航空器標(biāo)志
和公共節(jié)假日；航行情報(bào)服務(wù)出版物中所使用
的簡縮字；航圖符號(hào)；地名代碼；無線電導(dǎo)航
設(shè)施表；換算表；日出/日落表。
GEN 2. Tables and codes ¾ Measuring system, aircraft markings
and Public holidays; Abbreviations used in AIS publications; Chart
symbols; Location indicators; List of radio navigation aids;
Conversion tables; and Sunrise/ Sunset tables.
GEN 3. 服務(wù) ¾ 航行情報(bào)服務(wù)；航圖；空中交
