the said aircraft’s air carrier belongs, or the application shall be
submitted to the General Administration of Civil Aviation of China
(SITA address: BJSSKCA, BJSZGCA) no less than 15 days prior
to the operation.

物名稱、件數(shù)和重量；
k. 包機(jī)人、擔(dān)保人、接待單位；

m. 其它事項(xiàng)。

3.3.1 國家、政府領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人和其他要員專機(jī), 國
家、軍用航空器及特殊飛行的申請應(yīng)至少提前
7 個(gè)工作日通過外交途徑向中華人民共和國外
交部提交。
3.3.1 The application for a special flight of head of state, head
of government or any other VIP, state aircraft, military aircraft or
other special flights shall be submitted to the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs of the People’s Republic of China through diplomatic

3.4.1 外國民用航空器的非商業(yè)目的或私人
飛行，應(yīng)至少提前7 個(gè)工作日向中國民用航空
總局(航空固定服務(wù)/ SITA 地址：ZBBBZGZX/
BJSZGCA) 申請；如該航空器屬熱氣球、動(dòng)力
傘、滑翔機(jī)、飛艇等可控性差的航空器，其飛
行申請應(yīng)提前30 個(gè)工作日通過外交途徑向中
華人民共和國外交部提交。
3.4.1 The application for a foreign civil aircraft to operate noncommercial
or private flight shall be submitted to CAAC
(AFS/SITA address: ZBBBZGZX/BJSZGCA) no less than 7
workdays prior to the operation; and if the said aircraft has poor
maneuverability, such as hot-air balloon, powered-umbrella, glider,
airship, etc, the application shall be submitted through diplomatic
channel no less than 30 workdays prior to the operation.
