5.7 ATS 航路N892 的空中交通活動應通報
三亞ACC,但僅由馬尼拉ACC 和胡志明ACC
實施管制。當航空器偏離飛行計劃航跡并可能
侵犯由三亞ACC 管制的空域時,胡志明或馬
尼拉ACC,如可行,應協調取得進入該空域的
許可。如果飛行員所需偏航沒有得到批準,則
應采用ICAO 附件和地區補充規定(Doc7030)
里的ICAO 空域規定。
5.7 Air traffic along ATS route N892 will be notified to Sanya
ACC, but controlled by Manila and Ho Chi Minh ACCs only. In
the case of an aircraft, which deviates off flight plan track and is
likely to infringe the airspace under the control of Sanya ACC, Ho
Chi Minh or Manila ACC, as appropriate, shall coordinate a
clearance for entry into that airspace. If the pilot is required to
deviate without clearance, the ICAO rules of the air provisions
incorporated in the ICAO Annexes and Regional Supplementary
Procedures (Doc 7030) shall apply.

Implementation of a revised ATS route structure and a 60NM lateral separation minima in
the South China Sea area between RNP 10 approved aircraft
1. 介紹
1.1 本AIP 補充規定(SUP)是為了詳細
說明南中國海空域航路結構的變化及為沿某
些指定的ATS 航路飛行的航空器間縮小側向
間隔標準提供支持的導航和飛行通報要求的
相應變化。
1.2 南中國海地區的大部分現行傳統ATS
航路將被RNAV 航路代替。
1.3 本AIP SUP 詳述的修改的航路結構和
規定自2001 年11 月1 日1930 協調世界時起
生效并延用3 年。
2. 修改的航路結構
2.1 三亞責任區內修改的航路結構的詳細
數據見附錄 I。
2.2 三亞責任區內的某些ATS 航路的運行
限制詳見下面第3 和4 款。
3. RNP10 導航要求
3.1 在三亞責任區的以下航段上,ATC 部
門將對RNP10 航空器采用60 海里側向間隔
標準。其它航路不需要采用RNP10。

1. Introduction
1.1 The purpose of this AIP Supplement (SUP) is to detail
changes to the route structure within the South China Sea
airspace and associated changes to navigation and flight
notification requirements in support of reduced lateral separation
minima between aircraft operating on certain designated ATS
routes.
1.2 Most of the existing conventional ATS routes in the
South China Sea area will be replaced with RNAV routes.
1.3 The revised route structure and procedures detailed in
this AIP SUP will become effective 1930UTC on 1 November
2001 and extend for a period of three years.
2. Revised route structure
2.1 Details of the revised route structure within the Sanya
AOR are shown in Appendix I.
2.2 Operating restrictions to certain routes within the Sanya
AOR are detailed in Section 3&4 below.
3. RNP 10 navigation requirements
3.1 ATC will apply the 60NM lateral separation minima to
aircraft, which are approved for RNP 10 operations, on those
segments of the following routes, which fall within the Sanya
AOR. For other routes RNP10 approval is not required.

3.2 飛行員必須將低于RNP10導航要求的
導航設備性能的降低或故障情況通報ATC 部
門。ATC 部門隨后應提供備用間隔及/或備份
航路。
3.3 符合RNP10要求航空器的飛行員必須
在ICAO 飛行計劃第10 項注明/R。
4. 不符合RNP10 要求的航空器的飛行
規定
4.1 不能滿足第3.1 款最低導航要求的航
空器必須提交飛行計劃,在FL280 或以下飛
行。根據第4.3 款規定,此類航空器在FL280
以上的飛行需事先經ATC 部門許可。
4.2 希望沿第3.1 款規定的ATS 航路,在
FL290 或以上飛行的航空器的飛行員必須在
ICAO 飛行計劃第18 項“RMK/REQ FL/要求
的高度(插入高度)”注明高度要求。在優先
選擇的高度上飛行需經ATC 協調和許可。未
