3. 進、出天津/濱海機場的飛行規定
3. Flight rules for aircraft inbound to/outbound from
Tianjin/Binhai airport
3.1 天津飛往POLHO 方向的航空器，經大
王莊VOR、懷柔VOR、豐寧NDB、B339 至
POLHO。
3.1 Aircraft from Tianjin to the direction of POLHO shall fly
along Dawangzhuang VOR, Huairou VOR, Fengning NDB, B339
to POLHO.
3.2 INTIK 方向飛往天津的航空器，經
INTIK 、A575 、二連VOR、B458 、天鎮
NDB、A596、懷來NDB、懷柔VOR、西柳
河屯NDB、石各莊NDB、OKTON 至天津。
3.2 Aircraft from the direction of INTIK to Tianjin shall fly
along INTIK, A575, Eren VOR, B458, Tianzhen NDB, A596,
Huailai NDB, Huairou VOR, Xiliuhetun NDB, Shigezhuang NDB,
OKTON to Tianjin.
3.3 天津往返呼和浩特、包頭VOR 方向的
航空器，經石各莊NDB、懷柔VOR、懷來
NDB、A596 至呼和浩特或包頭VOR；往返
同。
3.3 Aircraft from Tianjin to the directions of Hohhot or
Baotou VOR shall fly along Shigezhuang NDB, Huairou VOR,
Huailai NDB, A596 to Hohhot or Baotou VOR; and vice versa.
3.4 凡天津經大王莊VOR 來往太原
VOR、魏縣VOR 方向的航空器，通過大王莊
VOR 的飛行高度： 往西B、C、D、E 類航空
器為3 000 米，A 類航空器1 200 米；往東
B、C、D、E 類航空器為2 700 米，A 類航空
器1 500 米。
3.4 Inbound or outbound aircraft in the direction of Tianjin
to Taiyuan VOR and Weixian VOR via Dawangzhuang VOR are to
cross Dawangzhuang VOR at altitude of 3 000m for aircraft CAT
B,C,D,E, 1 200m for aircraft CAT A when Westbound; 2 700m for
aircraft CAT B,C,D,E, 1 500m for aircraft CAT A when
Eastbound.

3.5 由天津經OKTON 飛往泊頭VOR 方向
的航空器，過OKTON 的飛行高度，B、C、
D、E 類為2400 米(含)以上，A 類為1200 米
(含)以上。
3.5 Aircraft from Tianjin to the direction of Potou VOR via
OKTON shall cross OKTON at the altitude of 2400m or above for
aircraft CAT B、C、D and E, and 1200m or above for aircraft
CAT A。
3.6 由天津經OKTON 至EPGAM 飛往上
海、廈門方向的航空器，過OKTON 的飛行高
度為3000 米(不含)以上，然后保持5.3%以上
梯度上升至航線高度。
3.6 Aircraft from Tianjin to the directions of Shanghai and
Xiamen via OKTON to EPGAM shall cross OKTON at the altitude
above 3000m (not inclusive), then maintain a climb gradient of
5.3% or above till reaching en-route altitude.
4. 飛越飛行規定
4. Flight rules of overflight
4.1 ANRAT 方向飛往POLHO 方向的航空
器，在2200-1600UTC 時間內，經ANRAT 、
A326、天津NDB、OKTON、石各莊NDB、
懷柔VOR、豐寧NDB、B339 至POLHO；在
1600-2200UTC 時間內，經ANRAT、A326、
PAMDA 、W12 、豐寧NDB 、B339 至
POLHO。
4.1 Aircraft from the direction of ANRAT to the direction of
POLHO shall fly along ANRAT, A326, Tianjin NDB, OKTON,
Shigezhuang NDB, Huairou VOR, Fengning NDB, B339 to
POLHO during the time of 2200-1600UTC and fly along ANRAT,
A326, PAMDA, W12, Fengning NDB, B339 to POLHO during the
time of 1600-2200UTC.
4.2 INTIK 方向飛往ANRAT 方向的航空
器，在2200-1600UTC 時間內，經INTIK、
A575 、豐寧NDB、懷柔VOR、石各莊
NDB 、OKTON 、天津NDB 、A326 至
ANRAT ； 在1600-2200UTC 時間內， 經
INTIK、A575、豐寧NDB、W12 、PAMDA
至ANRAT 。
4.2 Aircraft from the direction of INTIK to the direction of
ANRAT shall fly along INTIK, A575, Fengning NDB, Huairou
VOR, Shigezhuang NDB, OKTON, Tianjin NDB, A326 to
ANRAT during the time of 2200-1600UTC and fly along INTIK,
A575, Fengning NDB, W12, PAMDA to ANRAT during the time
of 1600-2200UTC.
4.3 INTIK 方向飛往泊頭VOR 方向的航空
器，經INTIK 、A575 、豐寧NDB、懷柔
VOR、大王莊VOR、A593 至泊頭VOR。
4.3 Aircraft from the direction of INTIK to the direction of
Potou VOR shall fly along INTIK, A575, Fengning NDB, Huairou
VOR, Dawangzhuang VOR, A593 to Potou VOR.
4.4 泊頭VOR 方向往返POLHO 方向的航
空器， 去程經泊頭VOR、A593、大王莊
VOR 、懷柔VOR 、豐寧NDB、B339 至
POLHO；往返同。
4.4 Aircraft operating in the direction of Potou VOR to the
direction of POLHO shall fly along Potou VOR, A593,
Dawangzhuang VOR, Huairou VOR, Fengning NDB, B339 to
POLHO; and vice versa.
4.5 泊頭VOR 方向往返通遼VOR 方向的
航空器，去程經泊頭VOR、A593、大王莊
VOR、W41、古北口NDB、G212 至通遼
VOR；往返同。
4.5 Aircraft operating in the direction of Potou VOR to the
direction of Tongliao VOR shall fly along Potou VOR, A593,
Dawangzhuang VOR, W41, Gubeikou NDB, G212 to Tongliao
VOR; and vice versa.
