5.7 入、出境航空器上的食品、飲用水必
須符合中國衛生標準，并僅限在航空器內使
用。檢驗檢疫機構對出入境航空器實行衛生評
價制度，對符合衛生標準的航空器頒發《交通
工具衛生證書》。
5.7 Drinking water and food on entry and exit aircraft shall
conform to the relevant hygienic standards of the People’s
Republic of China and be consumable on board the aircraft only.
Sanitary assessment shall be applied to all aircraft of entry and exit
by the inspection and quarantine authority. Health Certificate for
Conveyance will be issued to those aircraft conforming to the
relevant hygienic standards.
6． 與航空器有關的動植物檢疫要求
6． Animal and plant quarantine requirements applicable
to aircraft
6.1 來自動植物疫區的航空器，對可能隱
藏動植物病蟲害部位和泔水、動植物性廢棄物
的存放場所實施檢疫，必要時，作封存、除害
或防疫消毒等處理。
6.1 With respect to the aircraft from animal and plant
infected/infested areas, the on-spot quarantine and inspection shall
be performed in areas where diseases, insect pests and other
harmful organisms may be harbored, including the storage areas of
swill and the waste of animal or plant products. If necessary,
hermetically sealed measures, disinfection or disinfestation shall be
conducted.
6.2 入境、過境航空器在中華人民共和國
境內停留期間，機組人員和其他人員不得將所
裝載的動植物、動植物產品和其他檢疫物帶離
航空器；需要帶離時，應當向檢驗檢疫機構報
檢。
6.2 When aircraft stop over for entry or transit within the
territory of the People’s Republic of China, crew members or other
persons shall not bring the animals or plants, their products or other
quarantine objects away from on board the aircraft; if it is
necessary to bring them away, an application shall be submitted to
the inspection and quarantine authority.
6.3 入境航空器上的禁止入境的動植物、
動植物產品和其他檢疫物，必須作封存或者銷
毀處理。
6.3 The animals and plants, their products and other
quarantine objects carried aboard the aircraft but prohibited from
entry into China shall be sealed up or destroyed.
6.4 載有動物的航空器入境、經停過境
的，必須有中國檢驗檢疫機構發放的《中華人

Permit of Animal and Plant Quarantine of the Peoples’ Republic of
China issued by Chinese inspection and quarantine authority. The
consignor or his/her agent shall notify the inspection and
quarantine authority in advance, and preventive disinfection
measures shall be conducted by the inspection and quarantine
authority. No animal shall be discharged from aircraft without
permission.
6.5 裝載動物出境的航空器，裝載前，應
在檢驗檢疫機構監督下進行消毒處理。
6.5 Exit aircraft loaded with animals, before loading, shall be
disinfected under the supervision of the inspection and quarantine
authority.

1. 海關要求 1. Customs requirements
1.1 外國民用航空器的機組和所載旅客在
進出中華人民共和國領域時和在中華人民共和
國領域內, 必須遵守中華人民共和國一切有關
法律、法規和規章。
1.1 When entering/leaving or staying in the territory of the
People's Republic of China, foreign crew members and their
passengers shall observe all the relevant laws, rules and regulations
of the People's Republic of China.
1.2 包括機組人員在內的所有進出境旅客
攜帶的物品，應當以自用、合理數量為限，并
在進出境時向海關申報。但是，作為一項便利
措施，機組人員和旅游團成員可以僅填具一份
團體申報單。
1.2 Luggage carried by incoming and outgoing passengers
including crew members shall be limited for personal use and to
reasonable quantities only and shall be declared to the Customs
upon arrival and departure. However, crew members and tourist
groups may use a simplified group declaration form instead of a
separate one for each person.
1.3 旅客攜帶進境煙草制品、葡萄酒和烈
性酒的免稅限量，根據其旅行目的不同而不
同。
