5.7 入、出境航空器上的食品、飲用水必

5.7 Drinking water and food on entry and exit aircraft shall
conform to the relevant hygienic standards of the People’s
Republic of China and be consumable on board the aircraft only.
Sanitary assessment shall be applied to all aircraft of entry and exit
by the inspection and quarantine authority. Health Certificate for
Conveyance will be issued to those aircraft conforming to the
relevant hygienic standards.
6． 與航空器有關(guān)的動(dòng)植物檢疫要求
6． Animal and plant quarantine requirements applicable
to aircraft
6.1 來(lái)自動(dòng)植物疫區(qū)的航空器，對(duì)可能隱
藏動(dòng)植物病蟲(chóng)害部位和泔水、動(dòng)植物性廢棄物
的存放場(chǎng)所實(shí)施檢疫，必要時(shí)，作封存、除害
或防疫消毒等處理。
6.1 With respect to the aircraft from animal and plant
infected/infested areas, the on-spot quarantine and inspection shall
be performed in areas where diseases, insect pests and other
harmful organisms may be harbored, including the storage areas of
swill and the waste of animal or plant products. If necessary,
hermetically sealed measures, disinfection or disinfestation shall be
conducted.
6.2 入境、過(guò)境航空器在中華人民共和國(guó)
境內(nèi)停留期間，機(jī)組人員和其他人員不得將所
裝載的動(dòng)植物、動(dòng)植物產(chǎn)品和其他檢疫物帶離
航空器；需要帶離時(shí)，應(yīng)當(dāng)向檢驗(yàn)檢疫機(jī)構(gòu)報(bào)
檢。
6.2 When aircraft stop over for entry or transit within the
territory of the People’s Republic of China, crew members or other
persons shall not bring the animals or plants, their products or other
quarantine objects away from on board the aircraft; if it is
necessary to bring them away, an application shall be submitted to
the inspection and quarantine authority.
6.3 入境航空器上的禁止入境的動(dòng)植物、
動(dòng)植物產(chǎn)品和其他檢疫物，必須作封存或者銷(xiāo)
毀處理。
6.3 The animals and plants, their products and other
quarantine objects carried aboard the aircraft but prohibited from
entry into China shall be sealed up or destroyed.
6.4 載有動(dòng)物的航空器入境、經(jīng)停過(guò)境

Permit of Animal and Plant Quarantine of the Peoples’ Republic of
China issued by Chinese inspection and quarantine authority. The
consignor or his/her agent shall notify the inspection and
quarantine authority in advance, and preventive disinfection
measures shall be conducted by the inspection and quarantine
authority. No animal shall be discharged from aircraft without
permission.

1.1 外國(guó)民用航空器的機(jī)組和所載旅客在
進(jìn)出中華人民共和國(guó)領(lǐng)域時(shí)和在中華人民共和
國(guó)領(lǐng)域內(nèi), 必須遵守中華人民共和國(guó)一切有關(guān)
法律、法規(guī)和規(guī)章。
1.1 When entering/leaving or staying in the territory of the
People's Republic of China, foreign crew members and their
passengers shall observe all the relevant laws, rules and regulations
of the People's Republic of China.
1.2 包括機(jī)組人員在內(nèi)的所有進(jìn)出境旅客
攜帶的物品，應(yīng)當(dāng)以自用、合理數(shù)量為限，并
在進(jìn)出境時(shí)向海關(guān)申報(bào)。但是，作為一項(xiàng)便利

1.2 Luggage carried by incoming and outgoing passengers
including crew members shall be limited for personal use and to
reasonable quantities only and shall be declared to the Customs
upon arrival and departure. However, crew members and tourist
groups may use a simplified group declaration form instead of a
separate one for each person.
