ENR 5.1 禁區(qū)、危險(xiǎn)區(qū)和限制區(qū) ENR 5.1 Prohibited areas, danger areas and
restricted areas
1. 空中禁區(qū)
航空器在飛行中, 無論在任何情況下, 均
不準(zhǔn)飛入劃定的空中禁區(qū)。中國民用航空總局
對(duì)飛入空中禁區(qū)的航空器的機(jī)長, 將給予嚴(yán)肅
處理, 并且對(duì)該航空器飛入空中禁區(qū)所產(chǎn)生的
一切后果, 不負(fù)任何責(zé)任。
1. Prohibited area
Under no circumstances, shall an aircraft be allowed to enter a
prohibited area. The General Administration of Civil Aviation of
China will take disciplinary measures against the pilot-in-command
of the aircraft entering such prohibited area and will take no
responsibility for whatever consequences that may occur to the
aircraft.
2. 危險(xiǎn)區(qū)
在危險(xiǎn)區(qū)有活動(dòng)期間, 航空器均不準(zhǔn)進(jìn)入
危險(xiǎn)區(qū), 以免發(fā)生危險(xiǎn)影響飛行安全。
2. Danger areas
During the period of activation of a danger area, an aircraft is not
allowed to enter the area so as to avoid the activities dangerous to
flight safety.
3. 限制區(qū)
航空器必須遵守限制區(qū)的各項(xiàng)限制, 避免
發(fā)生危險(xiǎn)影響飛行安全。
3. Restricted areas
An aircraft must obey varies restrictions in a restricted area flying,
so as to avoid the activities dangerous to flight safety.
